Privacy notice

• What we collect: Server logs from our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA), such as IP address, browser and time, kept for security only. Anything you send us by email or contact form (name, email, message), used only to answer you.
• Cookies and analytics: We use no analytics tools. The only thing we store in your browser without asking is your cookie choice (Accept or Decline), so that we do not ask you on every visit. Advertising cookies are used only through the Meta Pixel described below, and only after you accept.
• Meta Pixel (advertising measurement): If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland; parent company Meta Platforms, Inc., USA). It sets cookies and sends Meta your IP address, browser details, the pages you visit and, if you came from one of our ads, that ad click. We use it only to measure our own advertising. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). If you decline or do not choose, nothing is loaded from Meta. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Swiss FADP). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookies" link in the footer; a withdrawal applies from then on.
• Transfers: Some providers process data in the USA, under their standard data-protection terms.
• Your rights: Under the Swiss FADP and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask for access, correction or deletion at hello@miltonlabs.ai.
